Although only a concept at this time, this is definitely a product that we can imagine people embracing with open arms. 



The Cross power strip concept  would make it far easier to plug in a variety of plugs or adapters because of its unique cross-shaped slot design. In a two-pin outlet (or power strip), one strip is neutral and the other is live. 

Innovative mouse...

If you are tired of the classic mice, similar to each other and only slightly different in appearance. Or touchpad for you – is not an option. Then, a new development company, called Evergreen DN-45545 – this is what you need.
We present you a very strange gadget that is unlike any other device. But this also  is  a computer mouse. Forget about the horizontal position arm on a mouse – in this way a mouse you can not keep.



Imagine a better, that keep your hands stick to flight simulation – it will be the most convincing comparison. Company Scottsdale Inventions LLC filed a patent application, which describes the new type handcuffs. They are equipped with built-in stun. In addition to the electrodes needed to send a discharge in the human body, handcuffs have built LED or sound modules. They signal that the shocker is charged, and at any time can work. They have a psychological effect and encourage the detainee to calm down.

  

In addition, the patent application states that the handcuffs are also installed sensors for electrocardiogram to  not to overdo it with electric shocks. But the story does not end there. The document also states that "in order to achieve the desired result" in handcuffs may also establish additional modules with needles or gas.  Probably, have in mind  the drugs that are used in mental hospitals for restrain patients.

Another smart glass

Vuzix Smart Glasses M100 compete with Google Glass in 2013. Google already all is interested  its project Glass. People are interested in the idea. It embodies a fundamentally new type of device. Meanwhile, the company Vuzix has announced something very similar. Toy called Smart Glasses M100. 



"Smart glasses" more like Bluetooth-headset, only larger. on stretches to the eye, left or right. Located on the arc of HD-camera that shoots video in 720p, and WQVGA-display with a 16:9 aspect ratio. On the arc of Vuzix Smart Glasses M100 are also buttons interface control: on / off, selection and volume control.
Smart Points managed Android 4.0. You can run applications directly on the device.



There is also a mode of interaction with the outside smartphone or tablet and Android. Vuzix will soon release the corresponding SDK, and the mode of the traditional Bluetooth-headset. Panoramic Ball Camera

This is amazing. This device, a concept  unifies the user experience, the physical design, and the necessary technology in a way that’s almost iPod-like in its elegance. Camera called Throwable Panoramic Ball Camera is capable of doing 360-degree panoramic photos with a very original method of photography – the ball to throw up. 



A flexible body is made to the 3D printer and the fall did not break. The project is being developed at the Technical University of Berlin under the direction of Professor Mark Alex, and is currently looking for an investor to manufacture products in mass production. 



The diameter of the camera is 19.3 cm and weighs 752 grams. While in the air, the unit expects to achieve the highest point shot and instantly makes the photos. Pictures read any digital device with a USB-port. An appealing body made of asymmetrically tesselated green foam cushions the landing in your hands or on the ground.

Google‘s Siri Rival Now Available for iOS

Google has made good on its promise of improved voice search on Apple’s iOS operating system. On Tuesday, the company released a new Google Search app that brings natural language voice search to the iPhone and iPad.

A rival to Apple’s own Siri intelligent agent, Google’s app provides contextual answers to voice queries, along with pertinent Web search results. Those answers aren’t manually curated; they’re simply the Internet’s best guess. But thanks to Google’s Knowledge Graph — a sort of storehouse of semantic-search information — they seem to be generally pretty accurate. During a Monday demo, Google product manager Hugo Barr showed the Android version of voice search correctly and quickly providing information about local movie times and answering questions like, “What is a baby kangaroo called?”

While the app doesn’t have the same system-level integration as Siri, it appears to be well integrated with Google services like YouTube and Maps, ably offering directions to the locations I asked of it and pulling up query-relevant YouTube videos. It’s also very fast. Overall, an impressive effort and one that will certainly keep Apple on its toes.

ICE – futuristic concept virtual kitchen assistant

This concept gadget combines conventional lamp to illuminate the kitchen table, with an intelligent system that will prompt methods of cooking and a variety of ways to the tableware. This is done by means of the laser projector and scanner. 







ICE can scan its surroundings and assist the user in creating the best meal to suit any occasion. ICE can scan ingredients you’ve already chosen to cook and give suggestions on meals that can be made from those ingredients. 







The user can also access a vast database of recipes and ICE will guide every step of the way.
